Development Authority sells Global Drive property to Dawkins Bros. Enterprises

(Lincolnton, GA) – The Lincoln County Development Authority unanimously approved the sale of 3.76 acres on
Global Drive to Dawkins Brothers Enterprises Incorporated for $12,000 during a called meeting on March 16,
2023. Board members present for the vote: Steven Dawkins, Johnny Spratlin, Beth Antonakos and Bo Reed.
Chair Cortney Elam Davis conducted the vote.  Board member Jeremy Dawkins was not present for the discussion or vote.

Director Christine McNeese provided an update on the upcoming public hearing schedule for the proposed budget. The next quarterly meeting of the Development Authority will be July 17.
