1. Ordinance 22-20: Airport Protective Zone. Council to consider 2 nd Reading
2. Ordinance 23-05: An Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of General Obligation
Bonds, in one or more series, tax-exempt or taxable, in an amount not to exceed
$1,800,000, to fund certain capital projects; authorizing the County Administrator
to prescribe the form and details of the bonds; providing for the payment of the
bonds and the disposition of the proceeds of the bonds; providing for borrowing
in anticipation of the issuance of the bonds; and other related matters. Council to
consider 1 st Reading (Title Only)
3. Resolution 01-23: A Resolution to amend personnel policy Section E #. B., per
diem meal reimbursements. Council to consider approving Resolution 01-23
4. Council to consider appointing Mark Miller to the Board of Assessment Appeals.
5. Council to consider authorizing the Administrator to enter into an agreement with
DP3 Architects for the renovation of the W.S. Mims Community Center in the
amount of $4,992,778.
6. Council to consider authorizing Thomas & Hutton to proceed with Water System
Improvements – Troy Tank Booster through the SEID Grant Program.
