OLD BUSINESS:

 Comprehensive Plan
 Pollard Land Company is requesting the rezoning of six parcels from Forest
Agriculture to Service Industrial. This property is located behind the former
Georgia Pacific site, 1664 S. Main Street, and adjacent to Whitetown Road. The
parcels include: tax map # 139-00-00-003, 153-00-00-004, 152-00-00-049, 152-
00-00-005, 152-00-00-001. The sixth property adjoins the McCormick County
Airport at tax map # 140-00-00-010. The parcels total roughly 990 acres, and
Pollard is requesting the rezoning for future development.
DECISION ITEM:
1. Planning Commission will make a recommendation to County Council to approve
or deny the rezoning request for parcels # 139-00-00-003, 153-00-00-004, 152-
00-00-049, 152-00-00-005, 152-00-00-001, and 140-00-00-010.
